Dignity lives in the details
Good care notices the details: how someone likes their tea, the prayer or music that brings comfort, the name they prefer, the pace of their morning and the choices that preserve independence.
Support is shaped around the approved care plan and the person’s everyday rhythm.
Food, language, modesty, faith and family traditions are treated with care—not assumptions.
We explain what is confirmed, what is still pending and what happens next.

We welcome inquiries from families seeking person-centered support for children, teens, adults and older adults living with disabilities or needing help with daily activities.

Benefits & coverage guidance
We can explain common pathways, help organize questions and documents, and—with your permission—connect you with official benefit resources, your plan, service coordinator or enrollment contact.
Ask about benefits & coverageCHC generally serves eligible adults age 21 and older. Eligibility, plan enrollment, network status and authorization must be confirmed.
Children and younger people may have different Medical Assistance or waiver pathways. The responsible program decides eligibility and services.
Ask about a written service agreement or the questions to bring to another payer.
We can direct families to COMPASS, a County Assistance Office, PA Link or the appropriate enrollment contact and help prepare for the next step.
Government agencies and health plans—not Taqwa Home Care—decide eligibility, coverage, approved services, hours and authorization. We cannot guarantee approval or claim to accept every plan.

Care can feel more comfortable when it comes from someone already trusted.
